Lifestyle Platinum members may exchange their accrued and current Lifestyle Qualified Credits towards various travel packages offered by Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd. Lifestyle Platinum have the ability to use up to 90,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits every Anniversary Year. Borrowed Lifestyle Qualified Credit entitlement cannot be used for this benefit.

Lifestyle Gold, Platinum and 100 Club members, who are in good standing with their Club Wyndham South Pacific (“Club”) annual levies and Lifestyle membership fees, may exchange their Lifestyle Qualified Credits towards various travel products (‘Travel Exchange’) offered by a third party, Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (‘OVC’), and made available through Lifestyle by Wyndham subject to the following terms and conditions:
Travel Exchange packages are subject to availability and the booking terms and conditions of the individual providers. Please refer to each Travel Exchange package for full details and vendor websites.
Any fees and charges payable toward the Travel Exchange benefit or ancillary services must be paid in full at time of booking.
The following maximum exchange limits apply for each Anniversary Year^;
Lifestyle Gold: up to 60,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
Lifestyle Platinum: up to 90,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
100 Club: up to 150,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
Lifestyle Qualified Credits require a minimum validity of 6 months (180 days) from the date of booking with OVC and must be Lifestyle Qualified Credits allocated to the Lifestyle member’s Club account for the current Anniversary Year or accrued from the prior Anniversary Year. Lifestyle Qualified Credits transferred from other Lifestyle members or borrowed from any subsequent Anniversary Year cannot be used for this benefit.
If permitted by OVC, bookings can be made with a combination of Lifestyle Qualified Credits and cash if a member does not have enough Lifestyle Qualified Credits to cover the booking. This will be at the cash rate of AU4 cents per credit required. The amount of cash that can be used towards a Travel Exchange package will be limited and will vary with each Travel Exchange package. These amounts will be confirmed by OVC at the time of booking.
The Lifestyle Qualified Credits required for each package will be stated on each Travel Exchange package displayed on the Lifestyle by Wyndham website.
One housekeeping token is required for every 10,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits used and will be taken at the time of booking. Borrowed housekeeping tokens cannot be accepted. If no or insufficient housekeeping tokens are retained, a fee of AU$131 is payable in lieu of each housekeeping token required. As all Travel Exchange packages are provided by third party vendors, cancellation of any Travel Exchange booking will be subject to the OVC cancellation policy and any vendor’s own cancellation terms and conditions which will be disclosed in each Travel Exchange package and/or on the individual vendor’s website. Cancellation of bookings could result in the loss of up to 100% of the Lifestyle Qualified Credits and housekeeping tokens/fees paid. In addition:
Where a cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation policy terms and conditions, there will be no refund of Lifestyle Qualified Credits exchanged, however the Lifestyle Qualified Credits will be banked with OVC for up to 2 years from the date of the original booking which may be used as payment towards another Travel Exchange package or other OVC product as agreed by OVC. Where payment for a package has been made using a mix of cash and Lifestyle Qualified Credits, the cash portion shall be used to cover any cancellation fees first, with any remaining cancellation fees covered by Lifestyle Qualified Credits at the same exchange rate applied at the time of booking. Any remaining cash portion will then be refunded back to the Lifestyle member.
Lifestyle by Wyndham is a membership program provided by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific Pty Ltd ACN 090 083 613 (‘Wyndham’). All offers and activities provided under the Travel Exchange benefit are provided by OVC and other third party vendors. Wyndham nor any of its related entities, employees or agents accept any liability in contract or otherwise for damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by the acts, omissions or default by OVC or third party vendors over which Wyndham has no direct control or which is caused by any other event which is beyond Wyndham’s control and not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
^For the purposes of this benefit, Anniversary Year has the same definition as a Club owner’s Anniversary Year.
