    Lifestyle Bronze and above members receive a complimentary RCI membership annually and can exchange Lifestyle Qualified Credits up to 24 months in advance for a week at more than 4,300 RCI affiliated resorts in over 110 countries around the world. Lifestyle Bronze and above members can also enjoy the flexibility of Split Weeks and Nightly Stays at more than 600 selected resorts. For a last-minute getaway, RCI Instant Exchange gives Lifestyle Bronze and above members access to seven-night stays in any available unit size, in any location, in any season for just 3,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits within 30 days of travel.

    To redeem this benefit:

    1. Login to Club Wyndham SP website. Across the top, on the 'Your Club' sub menu is where you can access RCI. Select RCI.
    2. On the RCI Exchange page, scroll down to the bottom page and find 'RCI Reservations' 
    3. Select 'RCI reservations'. A pop up box appears, select 'Click here to book an RCI reservation'
    4. Accept the Terms & Conditions to head over to the RCI website
    5. Browse the RCI directory of resorts
    6. Search availability and book online or add an ongoing search
    7. You will notice that ‘check in’ days are usually Friday or Saturday and the days shown are the check-in day, for a full week’s stay

    Booking Options with RCI

    Confirm first – Simply means Owners can confirm a reservation before transferring their Vacation Credits to RCI.

    Deposit First –You can deposit Vacation Credits with RCI for booking later. Keep in mind that once your Vacation Credits have been deposited they cannot be returned to your Club Wyndham South Pacific account, therefore we only recommend doing this if your credits are due to expire with Club Wyndham. Please contact your Owner Services team if you wish to deposit your Vacation Credits.

    Ongoing Search – This allows you to search for a particular resort, room types and date. You can place multiple Ongoing Searches and the broader the search filters, the more chance you have of receiving a match. Once placed your Ongoing Search will search for availability 24 hours, 7 days a week, and if availability is found RCI will notify you and you will have 24 hours to confirm a booking.

    Instant Exchange – You can book 7 nights’ accommodation worldwide last minute, where bookings are made less than 30 days before the check-in date. The 7 nights will be 3,000 Vacation Credits regardless of the location, apartment size and season. You can book an Instant Exchange online or by contacting RCI directly.

    • Lifestyle members receive membership in the RCI Pacific Pty Ltd accommodation exchange programs (‘RCI’).
    • Members may exchange their Lifestyle Qualified Credits for a full week or nightly stays at participating RCI resorts, subject to availability.
    • Credit costs associated with nightly stays/split weeks are outlined in Table 1 below.
    • Lifestyle members can also bank expiring Lifestyle Qualified Credits to RCI, extending their life for a further 24 months (‘Deposit First’).
    • Members must book and travel within the 24 month Deposit First period. Members must Deposit First a minimum 3,000 credits at a time.
    • Annual membership fees in RCI is included in Lifestyle Bronze and above memberships but will be revoked if the member cancels their Lifestyle membership or where membership fees are outstanding.
    • Exchanging through RCI incurs additional exchange fees payable by the member and may require additional housekeeping tokens, fees and taxes.
    • Fees and charges relating to exchanging through RCI are outlined in Table 2 below.
    • All exchanges are subject to RCI terms and conditions which are available on its website.
    • Fees are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of RCI.
    • RCI Instant Exchange reservations are available at selected resorts, subject to availability.
    • Resort fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice. All credit values are per week.
