  • What is Lifestyle by Wyndham?
  • The Lifestyle by Wyndham program provides its members with access to a range of benefits and discounts on services and experiences relevant to their everyday needs.

    Lifestyle by Wyndham is offered by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (‘Wyndham’) and benefits available are subject to change from time to time, which means offers can be added, modified or removed to ensure the program remains relevant to its members and continues to add value.

    Lifestyle by Wyndham also allows the opportunity for Wyndham to interact with members anytime they access products and services regularly throughout the year, not just when they may be holidaying with us.

    It is important to note, unlike ‘loyalty programs’ such as Flybuys or Velocity Frequent Flyer, points are not required to be earned in order to access or redeem any offers. Lifestyle by Wyndham members simply log in to access benefits and discounts at any time.

  • How does Lifestyle by Wyndham work?
  • We feature great offers on great brands, which are available for purchase directly via our website or via a third party supplier.

    If you would like to purchase a product listed on Lifestyle by Wyndham, head to Lifestylebywyndham.com.

    Please log in or create an account if you are not already a member, and enter your credit card information or alternative method via our payment gateway.Once you finalise your purchase, we will send you a confirmation to your registered email.

    All of our deals are subject to terms and conditions set by Lifestyle by Wyndham directly or by third party suppliers on how and when to use them. It is important for you to read the terms and conditions for your order prior to purchasing any deal.

  • I have forgotten my password
  • a. For Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owners.

    To log in to your account, click on the “Sign In” link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”. Your login details are the same as your Club Wyndham South Pacific Login.

    If you forgot your password, visit the Club Wyndham website, click ‘Login’, and select 'I forgot my password'

    b. For Wyndham Staff Members (with computer login)

    To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”. Your login details are the same as your work computer login.

    If you're having trouble logging in, please verify your WWID number with Human Resources and your password can be reset by calling IT on extension 8911.

    c. For Wyndham Staff Members (without computer login)

    To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”. Your login details are your WWID and the password you set during registration.

    If you're having trouble logging in, click "I forgot my password" on the Sign In page. Enter your WWID within the Username field to reset your password.

    d. For Discovery by Wyndham Members

    To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”. Your login details are your Owner number and the password you set during registration.

    If you're having trouble logging in, click "I forgot my password" on the Sign In page. Enter your Discovery ID within the Username field to reset your password.

  • How do I access my Lifestyle by Wyndham account?
  • For Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owners

    To log in to your account, click on the 'Sign in' link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as 'My Account'. If you are not signed in, please enter your Owner number and the same password that you use to login to clubwyndhamsp.com.

    If you have forgotten your password, please proceed to.clubwyndhamsp.com and select 'I forgot my password' to have us email this to you.

    To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”. Your login details are your Owner number and the password you set during registration.

    If you're having trouble logging in, click "I forgot my password" on the Sign In page. Enter your Discovery ID within the Username field to reset your password.

  • When I register, it says I already have an account?
  • You can now access your Lifestyle account by using your Owner number (Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owner)/Discovery ID (Discovery by Wyndham Members)/WWID (Staff) as your username and Club Wyndham account password (Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owner)/password set at sign up (Discovery by Wyndham Members/ Staff without computer login)/login password that you use for signing into your laptop/desktop (Staff)

    If you have forgotten your password, navigate to lifestylebywyndham.com and click login. You will then be able to select 'Forgot Password?' and follow the prompts.

  • I have trouble logging into the Lifestyle by Wyndham website?
  • If you are having trouble accessing your Lifestyle by Wyndham account, please make sure you are entering Owner number (Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owner)/Discovery ID (Discovery by Wyndham Members)/WWID (Staff) as your username and Club Wyndham account password (Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owner)/password set at sign up (Discovery by Wyndham Members/ Staff without computer login)/login password that you use for signing into your laptop/desktop (Staff).

    You can also reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot password?' link at lifestylebywyndham.com and click on sign in and then select 'Forgot Password?'

  • The website is not displaying properly?
  • The Lifestyle by Wyndham website uses many different technologies that might not be supported by out of date browsers. To ensure you have the best online experience, check that your web browser is Chrome and the version is up to date.

  • Where can I find all discounts I am eligible for as a member?
  • Once you sign into your membership account all discounts that are available can be viewed.

  • Can I contact Lifestyle by Wyndham online?
  • Yes, Lifestyle by Wyndham use a Live Chat service, this lets you chat online with a member of the Lifestyle by Wyndham team in real time when you have a question. It's an easy and effective way to chat without having to pick up the phone. Live Chat is subject to agent availability and, when available, a 'pop up' to chat will be displayed automatically. If a Live Chat agent is not available when you have a question, and your questions are not answered in our helpful and comprehensive list of Frequently Asked Questions, you can reach the Lifestyle by Wyndham team on any of the details below:

  • When is the discount applied when purchasing Wish Gift Cards?
  • When purchasing a Gift Card, your membership discount will be applied at the checkout, just before proceeding through to payment.

  • Why wasn’t my ticket or voucher attached to my email?
  • Some email applications block attachments from time to time. If you have not received your voucher, please contact our Lifestyle team for further assistance.

  • Does GST apply to gift card purchases?
  • GST is only applicable to handling/service fees. It does not apply to Gift Card purchases. GST is applicable on the goods purchased at the retail outlet.
