What is Lifestyle by Wyndham?

Lifestyle is an exclusive offers and benefits program through which all Club Wyndham South Pacific owners, Discovery by Wyndham members and employees of Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific and its subsidiaries have the opportunity to access and enjoy Lifestyle’s wide range of special offers. Browse exclusive deals from more than 150 leading partners to start saving money and enjoying more experiences today - enhance your next holiday by booking a unique experience and saving on travel essentials, or use the platform to get a great deal on your everyday needs through a digital store card. The possibilities are endless with Lifestyle!

Lifestyle by Wyndham is offered by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (‘Wyndham’) to provide benefits that are complimentary to Club Wyndham South Pacific ownership. It is not provided by the Club or part of your Club ownership but is a separate membership program. The benefits and offers available are subject to change from time to time – which means offers can be added, modified or removed at any time to ensure the program remains relevant to its members.

Unlike ‘loyalty programs’, points do not have to be earned through spending to access benefits or offers. Discounts are available at any time to members and benefits are available to members of one of the program’s five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and 100 Club – who pay either a monthly, quarterly or annual membership fees.

How does Lifestyle by Wyndham work?

Lifestyle by Wyndham’s five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and 100 Club – are designed to enhance Club Wyndham South Pacific ownership by providing benefits and additional ways for owners to use vacation credits purchased directly from the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (referred to as Lifestyle Qualified Credits). Some examples* are:

  • Complimentary RCI membership
  • Exchange options with Club Wyndham Plus and WorldMark, The Club resorts in North America
  • Exchanging credits for Wyndham Rewards® points
  • Exchanging credits for a cruise with ICE Cruise or to hire a motorhome
  • Complimentary premium Wi-Fi at Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts
  • Priority service reservation lines
  • Room upgrades at Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts
  • Complimentary parking at Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts
  • Complimentary housekeeping at Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts

Lifestyle also features exclusive offers from leading brands which are available for all Lifestyle members, whether for purchase directly from the site or via a third party supplier.

If you are a Club Wyndham South Pacific owner and would like to join Lifestyle, please log in or create an account, then you can enter your credit card information or alternative method via our payment gateway to make a purchase. Once you finalise your purchase, we will send a confirmation to your registered email.

All of Lifestyle’s offers are subject to terms and conditions set by Lifestyle by Wyndham directly or by third party suppliers on how and when they can be used. It is important for you to read the terms and conditions prior to purchasing an offer.

I have forgotten my password

a. For Club Wyndham South Pacific Club Owners
       1. To log in to your account, click on the “Sign In” link at the top right hand corner of the page. Your login details are the same as your Club Wyndham South Pacific login. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”.
        2. If you have forgotten your password, visit the Club Wyndham South Pacific website (clubwyndhansp.com), click ‘Login’, and select 'I forgot my password'.
        3. If you're still having trouble, please contact the Club Wyndham South Pacific Owner Services team on the numbers below:

        1. To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. Your login details are the same as your work computer login. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”.
        2. If you're having trouble logging in, please verify your WWID number with Human Resources and your password can be reset by calling IT on extension 8911.


c. For Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (and its subsidiaries) employees Members (without computer login)
       1. To log in to your account, click on the “Sign in” link at the top right hand corner of the page. Your login details are your WWID and the password you set during registration. If you are already signed in, this will appear as “My Account”.
       2. If you're having trouble logging in, click "I forgot my password" on the Sign In page. Enter your WWID within the Username field to reset your password.

How do I access my Lifestyle by Wyndham account?

For Club Wyndham South Pacific Club owners

  1. 1. To log in to your account, click on the 'Sign in' link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are not signed in, please enter your owner number and the same password that you use to login to clubwyndhamsp.com. If you are already signed in, this will appear as 'My Account'.
  2. 2. If you have forgotten your password, please proceed to clubwyndhamsp.com and select 'I forgot my password' to have us email this to you.

When I register, it says I already have an account?

Good news: you already have an account! Please refer to the questions above: How do I access my Lifestyle by Wyndham account? and I have forgotten my password… to access your account.

I have trouble logging into the Lifestyle by Wyndham website?

If the trouble is not an incorrect username or password, we recommend that you check the following:

  1. 1. Internet connection: We recommend using the strongest internet connection available, whether that’s wireless (Wi-fi) or wired (using an Ethernet cable).

  1. 2. Browser: We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari when using our website.

  1. 3. Computer: Please ensure your browser is Chrome where possible and the version is up-to-date, as the website/app may not be support by out-of-date browsers.

Where can I find all the offers I am eligible for as a member?

Once you sign into your membership account all discounts that are available can be viewed. You can use the menu options or the search bar to find something specific.

Can I contact Lifestyle by Wyndham online?

Yes, Lifestyle by Wyndham uses a Live Chat service, which this lets you chat online with a member of the Lifestyle by Wyndham team in real time when you have a question. It's an easy and effective way to chat without having to pick up the phone. Live Chat is subject to agent availability and, when available, a 'pop up' to chat will be displayed automatically. When is the discount applied when purchasing Wish Gift Cards?

When purchasing a Gift Card, your membership discount will be applied at the check-out, just before proceeding through to payment.

Why wasn’t my ticket or voucher attached to my email?

Some email applications can block attachments as a way of protecting against viruses. If you have not received your voucher, please contact our Lifestyle team for further assistance.

Does GST apply to gift card purchases?

GST is only applicable to handling/service fees. It does not apply to Gift Card purchases. GST is applicable on the goods purchased at the retail outlet.

Why is there now a credit card surcharge for purchases made through the Lifestyle website or mobile app?

To ensure that you receive the best available discount on the brands offered through your Lifestyle by Wyndham program, we pass on the full discount from the supplier. That means that we do not take any commissions or receive any monetary benefit for providing the discount. However, we incur costs when processing credit card payments (Visa/Mastercard). Accordingly, we pass on the costs incurred and a credit card surcharge of 0.92% will be charged on all purchases made through the Lifestyle by Wyndham website and mobile app as of 7 January, 2021.

Lifestyle by Wyndham’s offers are designed to provide value to members, rather than make a profit.

What is a credit card surcharge?

Costs are incurred to accept and process payments by credit card. A credit card surcharge is a fee charged for the convenience of using your credit card and which covers the costs we incur.

How much is the credit card surcharge?

The current surcharge is a fee of 0.92% of the total transaction.

Why is the credit card surcharge 0.92% if the transaction?

The credit card surcharge has been calculated to represent the actual cost to us to process credit card payments.

Why can I not use AMEX?

We do not offer AMEX due to the high fees incurred to process card payments, which would result in a higher surcharge.

BENEFITS – What has changed?

On April 14, 2021, the Privileges by Wyndham program merged with Lifestyle by Wyndham and the current  five tiers of Privileges now exist under a different name:

  • Privileges (sometimes called Standard) – Lifestyle Bronze
  • Privileges Elite – Lifestyle Silver
  • Privileges Diamond – Lifestyle Gold
  • Privileges Platinum – Lifestyle Platinum
  • 100 Club will continue to be known by the same name

Privileges members automatically joined the Lifestyle paid tier which corresponded to their original Privileges tier and pay a membership fee – monthly, quarterly or annually – to gain their additional benefits. The existing requirements of Club Wyndham South Pacific credits purchased from the Developer or Lifestyle-qualified through the Developer continue to apply.

As a previous Privileges member, do I need to do anything?

All you need to do is ensure you have registered to use the Lifestyle website so you can access your membership and find out more about your benefits.  Your Privileges tier will be automatically changed to the new Lifestyle  tier.

What is/was Privileges?

The Privileges program was a tiered program of benefits from Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, the Developer of Club Wyndham South Pacific, which was extended to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners. The program has been merged with Lifestyle, with its five tiers now corresponding to the five benefits tiers of Lifestyle.

Why make that change?

The key reason is simplicity. Running one Developer benefit program instead of two separate programs means that members will be able to keep track of their benefits and entitlements through the one portal and better discover and utilise the full potential of the program. Lifestyle’s superior website and existing app provide members with greater awareness about the benefits and opportunities to use them.

Why choose Lifestyle by Wyndham instead of Privileges by Wyndham?

The refreshed program is utilising the Lifestyle by Wyndham platform (website and app), meaning that Privileges by Wyndham and it therefore made sense to keep that name. We also believe that Lifestyle better reflects the benefits on offer.

How is it that Developer Benefits can change?

It is not provided by the Club or part of your Club ownership but is a separate membership program. The benefits and offers available are subject to change from time to time – which means offers can be added, modified or removed at any time to ensure the program remains relevant to its members.

As part of our sales presentation, you will have been advised of the additional benefits available to you as a Lifestyle by Wyndham (formerly Privileges by Wyndham) member. You will have completed an application for membership in the Privileges program separate to your request to purchase vacation credits.

A general overview of Developer benefits and the Privileges program is contained in the Product Disclosure Statement provided to all guests who attend a presentation to purchase vacation credits in Club Wyndham South Pacific and reaffirmed when you complete a Member Understanding.  Full details of the Lifestyle Program is set out in the Lifestyle Program Guide which was  provided to you when you joined the program. The  Program Guide states: “the benefits bestowed under the Privileges Program are provided at the complete discretion of the developer, which may revoke, modify or add benefits at any time at its discretion without prior notice.”
